FAQs
Impacted by the Fires, what do I do?
If you have been affected by the LA fires, our team may be able to help. We have nearly 15 years of experience with wildfire litigation and assisting those affected by wildfires. As part of this service, we provide insurance and litigation assistance. We can also offer guidance on the rebuild process.
Why should I choose you?
Our firm believes in a personal holistic approach to fire recovery. We started our wildfire practice because we were personally affected by the 2007 San Diego Wildfires and this gives us a unique insight into what you’re going through. We’ve been there so we know how to help and how the road. Having worked on 15 mass fires in 5 different states in the last decade, we also have the experience to back it up.
I have insurance so why do I need legal assistance?
Our experience shows that insurance often falls short of making you whole. It does not cover the emotional damage and often falls short in covering the rebuild. We can discuss options to help bridge the gap.
